How we work

Consistent beats big,
every single time.

Nearly every bad agency story starts the same way. A huge first month, a promise that it only goes up from there, and a page that never gets back to where it was.

What actually happens in a squeeze

Every conversation becomes a sale attempt, whether he joined today or two years ago. Fans get pushed on price, pushed on volume, pushed on urgency, and promised things nobody intends to deliver. Some of them buy, once. The spike looks incredible on a screenshot. Six weeks later the people who felt used have stopped opening messages, and the ones who would have spent for two years are gone.

What we do instead

We build the relationship first and let the spending follow it. Nothing gets promised that is not coming, so a fan never finds out later that he was played. Sometimes that still produces a very large first month, and our results page has the screenshots. What it reliably produces is a better sixth month, and a handful of fans who genuinely stay and end up worth more than everyone else combined.

The number that matters is not what a page made in month one. It is whether it is still making that in month twelve, and whether the fans from month one are the ones saying so.

Why it matters

What consistent actually buys you.

01

A number you can plan around

Rent, savings, whatever you are building toward. That only works if the page pays roughly the same every month. One enormous month followed by four quiet ones is not an income, it is a lottery ticket.

02

Fans who renew without thinking

A fan who feels looked after resubscribes on autopilot. Retention is most of the money on any page and almost nobody optimises for it, because it does not show up in a first month screenshot.

03

A name that holds up

Fans talk to each other and so do creators. What gets said about your page when you are not in the room is what decides how the next year goes, and it is built one honest conversation at a time.

Working together

What it looks like day to day

What we hold to

Four things we do not bend on.

Not a poster on a wall. These are the four rules everything above is built out of, and every one of them costs us something, which is the only reason they are worth writing down.

HONESTY

Nothing gets promised that is not coming

A fan is told what he is actually getting, every single time. It closes fewer sales this week. It is also the only reason a page is still earning the same a year later, and the only reason anyone says anything good about you when you are not in the room.

TRANSPARENCY

You can check everything

Chat sales, how each chatter is performing, real conversation examples from your own page, whenever you ask. If something is not working we would rather you saw it early than found out months later from your own numbers.

FREEDOM

You can leave any day

No minimum term, no notice period, no approval needed from us. An agency that has to trap you to keep you has already told you exactly what it thinks its work is worth.

PATIENCE

Consistent beats big

We will not take the month that looks incredible on a screenshot if it costs the next eleven. The number we care about is whether the page is still making that in month twelve, with the same people paying it.
