What we collect,
and what we do with it.

LUMEN, based in Belgrade, Serbia, is responsible for the information you send through this site. You can reach us at mario@lumencreators.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send us:

• Your name and email address, which are required so we can reply
• A link to your page or socials, if you give us one
• Where you are now, and which tier you were curious about
• Whatever you write in the message box

That is everything this site collects. There is no upload form on it and nothing here asks you to create an account. We never want your bank details, your payout information or anything to do with how the money reaches you, at any stage.

ID, and when we ask for it

If a conversation turns into us actually working together, there is one more thing we need, and we would rather you read it here than be surprised by it later.

Before anything starts we ask you for a photo of a government ID. There are two reasons and no others. The first is that we work exclusively with people aged 18 and over and we are not willing to take anyone's word for it. The second is that the agreement between us has to be signed by a real named person, or it is not worth the file it is written in.

• You send it to us directly by email, at the agreement stage. Never through this website, because there is nowhere on it to send one
• We look at it to confirm your age and your name, and nothing else on it interests us
• We keep it for as long as we are working together, because it belongs with the agreement it was signed under
• When we stop working together, it is deleted, and you can ask us to confirm that we have

We do not share it, we do not upload it anywhere, and no fan, chatter or third party ever sees it or knows it exists. If you are not comfortable sending one, tell us, because that is a reasonable thing to be uncomfortable about and it is better said early than halfway through.

What we use it for

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep track of the conversation if it turns into one. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we never sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.

Who else can see it

Two companies handle it on the way to us, and neither does anything with it beyond that:

• Netlify hosts this site and receives your form submission before passing it to us. Like any web host it also logs technical information such as IP addresses.
• Google serves the fonts this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address when it does. No form data reaches them.

Both are based in the United States, so your enquiry is processed outside Serbia and outside the EEA on its way to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no third party script watching what you do here. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once it is clear they have gone nowhere. If we end up working together, we keep what we need for as long as we are working together, including your ID, and it goes when the working relationship does. Ask us to delete anything at any point and we will, without asking you why.

What you can ask for

Email us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, and nothing here is meant to talk you out of that.

Age

This site and everything we do is for adults. We work exclusively with verified creators aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
